Adding To Our HIA Awards Collection
We’re excited to announce that on Saturday night Stroud Homes won another two awards at the Housing Industry Association’s Professional Builder/Renovator Awards 2015.
The HIA awards were established to recognise professionalism in the housing industry and encourage continuous improvement in the business, management, customer service and building practices.
The home was built with an incredibly unique blend of red and white coloured bricks as per the customer’s request.
“Stroud Homes has a virtuous process where we work with our clients to deliver the home they want, but a home that is good quality,” James Stroud says.
While the client had some doubts about the appearance during construction it has clearly paid off, with a bold look that has already received two awards!
Earlier this year it received a Queensland Master Builders Award for “Individual Home $301,000 – 350,000”.
The second award we took home was for the Avoca 227 Mountain Façade in Mirvac’s “Gainsborough Greens” development at Pimpama on the Gold Coast, which took out the “Best Display Home Under 300,000” category.
This home came about when Gold Coast builder Nathan Dunn pulled together the existing Avoca 227 plan and paired it with a fresh “Coastal” interpretation of the Mountain style.
As winners of two categories Stroud Homes will now progress to the 2016 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards, presented in May next year.
The best part about the awards we’ve received is they show how when we work together with you we can build beautiful, affordable, award winning homes.
