It’s an exciting time for the local Gold Coast building experts at Stroud Homes. We have crammed a lot in the past couple of months.

UPDATE: 2018 We have relocated to Burleigh Heads.

Not only have we been busy building new homes for our wonderful clients but we’ve also opened a new head office. Our new display centre is conveniently located at Coomera Square. Here you can browse our many designs and inclusions and get expert advice on all aspects of your new home; from sitting and council approvals through to help with colour scheme selection.

Also rolling out the first Stroud Homes two storey display home. Our Kirra 303 Urban façade at Coomera’s Big Sky estate. The whispers are turning into murmurs and the grand finale is quickly approaching. It’s been quite a wait but it will be well worth it.

Flagship design -Kirra 303

This flagship design was born from the feedback of our clients. That’s what’s special about Stroud Homes – we listen to our clients. We understand our clients come first and our designs are crafted from the requests our clients have in the way they want a home to work.

Not only does it have to be functional in design but stylish in the presentation. The Kirra 303 Urban as displayed has all the fully loaded features that our savvy clients have come to expect but a few hidden treasures that we hope will excite the two storey home buyer.

Kirra 303 Urban

As you open the wide entry door you’re invited through a wide formal foyer with feature tiled floor and coffered ceiling. It’s here you’re given a sneak peek into what the Kirra truly is. Like its beach namesake, it features an open, relaxing space for friends and family to enjoy and be themselves.

To the left is a cosy media room with bathroom adjacent. This could double as a handy fifth bedroom or granny flat if you like.

As you enter the hub of the home, you’ll spy an entertainer’s kitchen and expansive butler’s pantry with adjoining laundry which is really practical for the working parent. There’s great flow through to the garage, so bringing shopping through and packing away the groceries is a breeze.

The living areas are suitable for large bespoke furniture pieces that form the centrepiece of the home and give it the character it deserves. The nifty cavity sliding doors are becoming a Stroud Homes signature touch and just add to the feeling of the indoor/outdoor connection.

The alfresco is ample size for a seated party of six and the luxury appointed built-in BBQ is at your fingertips. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining friends and family on those special occasions.


Moving upstairs you have greeted right away with a kids chill-out room, with inbuilt cabinetry for the household library, sporting trophies and the entertainment system and TV. Coupled with an inbuilt study nook area which can seat two this work and play zone is perfect for the littlies and teenagers alike.
