Through my expertise as a qualified drafts person, I can assist you in making sure your home is exactly what you want whilst maintaining great design choices.
We determine your final price from your quotation.
When we move to the Preliminary stage we complete Preliminary Plans, Site Classifications, Council Pre-Checks, Contours and Home Sewerage Treatment Plan designs (if required).
Through the investigation of all these items, we can then finalise a ‘Fixed Price Contract’ that can ensure your financier and yourselves that your price cannot go up on the builder’s whim.
We guarantee authenticity and the knowledge that we have done our due diligence because we understand that your budget needs to be met.
You will have five guided tours during the build process with our supervisor guaranteed.
