Brisbane South & Building In 2017

Aston 153 Classic FacadeLast year the home builders at Stroud Homes Brisbane South saw a growing trend towards homes with attached granny flats, helping new homes suit different family situations.

This year Thomas Eldridge believes we’ll see more of a shift away from the large, acreage lots of 2016.

“For our area, there will be a definite shift towards small lot builds, this is the common practice for many of the other offices in the Stroud group already, but in our area it has been primarily acreage builds.  We’re preparing for this change and looking forward to the new challenges presented,” he says.

Regardless of the building design preferences, it looks as though the building industry around Brisbane, which is already strong, will continue to get better over the next few years.

But that doesn’t mean it’s time to just relax and go with the flow.

“Every year we improve in one way or another, and 2017 will be no different.”

There are plans for Stroud Homes Brisbane South to build three more display homes this year, located in Flagstone Rise, Spring Mountain and Killara, all areas expected to do extremely well.

There will also be further improvements to their systems, ensuring the Stroud team is providing the best homes possible for you, in reasonable time frames so you can move in sooner.
