Brisbane South Display Home

All Stroud Homes offices were represented on the weekend as the team came together to celebrate the grand opening of South Brisbane’s beautiful new display home.

A fun day was had by all with over 500 people attending for a chance to look through the stunning acreage design, as well as enjoying a free sausage sizzle, jumping castle for the kids, puppy petting provided by the Animal Welfare League and free show bags.

We even had the Stroud Homes Motorbike on display.Stroud Homes Motorbike

Netballers from the Stroud Homes Southern Netball Cup came to show their support, along with Cr Trevina Schwarz from the Logan City Council who remarked on the impressive, unique design of the acreage home.

We were fortunate enough to have perfect weather and there was great feedback from visitors who enjoyed the opportunity to look through the home and partake in the festivities.

Perhaps the most excited visitors of the day were Simon Uttley and Robin Bidgood, who won the draw for a free helicopter flight with Mike Jarvis of Pterodactyl Helicopters.

While they were up in the air, everyone else was checking out the large four bedroom home.

Making the most of the Kentucky 348 design in mountain façade, the home is a spacious 30 metres wide, features a two part alfresco area, outdoor dining, media room, study and games room, showcasing what Stroud can do in the way of acreage homes.

If you missed out on the launch you can still stop in to look over the display home and visit our sales team from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

They’ll be happy to talk to you about all our home designs, included features, optional extras, and also take you through the colour room.

Jimboomba Woods – the first ever major acreage display village to be launched in Queensland, this display home is now one of two in Jimboomba, with a Wildflower design open for viewing in Yarrabilba.

If you’re considering building your new home, contact the South Brisbane Stroud Homes team for more information, visit the Jimboomba display homes, or the Gold Coast display in Pimpama.

We’re always happy to talk about your plans and how we can make your new house feel like home.

There’s a display home planned for Brisbane West too, so keep an ear to the ground or follow our Facebook page to make sure you don’t miss out on Stroud’s next grand opening event.
