Brisbane West Building Hot Spots for 2017
Talking to Luke from Stroud Homes Brisbane West, he mentioned there were a lot of acreage style homes being built in the Springfield area in 2016.
We asked if this trend was likely to continue in 2017.
Luke was adamant about where most new homes would be built – “Springfield Rise, hands down!”
This is because thousands of lots are becoming available in Springfield Rise, a new community planned for development between Springfield and White Rock.
“The area has fantastic proximity to the train line with a 20 minute commute to Brisbane, 2 minute drive to Orion Springfield Central shopping centre, water parks, day care and 4 schools all within walking distance.”
Already the development is looking to be a stand out favourite for established families in Brisbane.
“Waterlea Walloon is definitely one to look out for, and Springfield Rise is going to be a very hot, popular location this year.”
Another development to look out for is the brand new Waterlea Walloon Estate. The estate is just a 10 minute drive out of Ipswich Central, and right next to the train line where Brisbane is a 40 minute train ride away.
“It gets big 800 square metre blocks for as little as $180,000 and people are really taking to it hard – they’ve already sold out 3 stages of it in literally 3 weeks.”
