Brisbane West Display Home Opening

Deebing Heights display home opening 3Saturday saw the grand opening of Stroud Homes’ new Brisbane West Display Home as plenty of local families came to take a walk through, enjoy a BBQ and have the chance to win a great prize.

There was a great turn out as more than 150 people attended the celebrations, ranging from those still in the information gathering phase to those interested and ready to build.

While there were investors checking out the designs it was mostly young, local families looking at building their first home.

The Fassifern Netball Association arranged a sausage sizzle in the park across the street for all visitors with Expresso Coffee available for adults and face painting for the kids.

There was also entertainment for all, with kids getting to play with the farm animals of Old McDonalds Farm and the Stroud sponsored racing motor bike on display.

Visitors had a chance to walk through the new home and see the top quality features which are included in all Stroud Homes as standard and talk to Brisbane West builder, Jason Till.

The overall design of the home was the standout feature for most people, but quite a few confessed their love for the pool.

“Some thought the pool was great as it’s only small but great for a summer dip,” Jason said

Affordable design

The main questions people had came down to price, and they were pleasantly surprised at how affordable building your own home could be, especially with Stroud’s large house price range catering to all budgets.
