Toowoomba and the Darling Downs is in my mind one of the best spots to be, the family atmosphere and living lifestyle that the regions offers is great for families.
On top of this the growth in the region is remarkable at the moment with a large amount of infrastructure and industrial projects taking place at the moment and into the future. This will provide a steady growth platform for the region in jobs and housing prices.
Awareness of habitat is a concept people should be putting thought into. How they live and would like to live in a home. If you can get this core concept correct and work outwards from it you will end up extremely happy with the end result.
What is included as standard. This is where people get caught out, not having a full understanding of what they are getting for their hard-earned dollar.
It is also one of the biggest contributors to the breakdown of relationships between the builder and customer and the building experience.
I like the concept of starting at the maximum and working backwards. Take on the idea “if there was no issues and you could pick and choose anything what would it be” and work backwards from there:
From there we can start to build a picture of what it is you need and we can start to eliminate possibilities and variables until we are left with a great outcome of land and house design.
