We are given the opportunity to advertise house plan options on blocks of land that real estates have available.

This is great as it allows people to have a vision of what the possibilities are and know the costs involved without having the hassle of running around chasing quotes to see what they can afford.

The land does still need to be purchased from the real estate agents separately but once this is done we can move forward with the house contract.

What are the benefits of buying a house and land package?

The benefits are that there is less stress involved for the client. With our fully loaded inclusions and bonus upgrades included in the price, it is as simple as finding a package that you like, seeing the real estate agent for the land and then signing the building contract! It makes for an easy stress-free start to building your new home.


Is there anything not included in your house and land packages?

We don’t include landscaping or blinds. All of our fully loaded inclusions are there though!


If you find a block you love but don’t like the house, can you find another design that will work for your family?

Of course! Our house and land packages advertised are great for ideas, however, if a different house design fits the block we can put it there!

We encourage all of our clients to come and see us regardless of whether they like the house or not. We are more than happy to sit and go through all of our other plans to see if something else fits both the block and the clients dreams better!


When building in an estate, like Mornington Heights, how will a Stroud Homes house stand out from others?
