“We are so excited to get going on a knockdown/rebuild in Manly West. It will become a brand-new home for an amazing little family,” says Lisa.
The team will replace the old home with a 4-bedroom family home that is ideal for narrow blocks, a Willow 180.
The home sits at 8.8 metres wide and is perfect for smaller blocks that are popping up more and more. It may be compact but it is, “Perfect for a young or small family with room grow,” Lisa tells us.
The open plan family, dining and kitchen area which leads out to the alfresco area through corner stacker doors makes this home perfect for modern day, family living.
Lisa tell us that the corner stacker doors that lead you out to the alfresco area are her favourite feature of the design.
It goes without saying that alfresco areas are a necessity in Brisbane East and the team were able to create an even larger, more welcoming space by using the same tiles in the alfresco area (with a higher outdoor slip rating) as the indoor tiles “to make it seem like one big room.”
Lisa and the Brisbane East team are on hand to help their clients anyway they can. This can be including features like ceiling fans in the bedrooms, to helping their clients through the demolition phase.
