Making Changes To Your Home Design
When you are thinking about building your home, it’s only natural to have questions for your builder.
Absolutely, we have an inhouse architect (Tony) who can alter any of our floorplans or create a whole new design to suit your exact needs.
Come in to one of our stunning display homes and have a chat with either Peter or James, they will be able to sit down with you and discuss the changes you would like to have made.
Absolutely, Tony is here to consult with you into making your home perfect. Tony has had decades of experience as an architect, so he knows exactly what will and won’t work.
Tony will first hand sketch your new changes to show exactly what you have asked for. If you are happy with those changes they will then be implemented into your full working drawings, ready to be built.
It mainly depends on the types of changes, but if you aren’t changing floor sizes or altering anything structural, then the answer is typically no, there won’t be any cost involved.

Being able to on sell your house is always something you should consider, and your bank/financier will probably look at that too before they will give you a loan.
Most minor changes are unlikely to affect the value of your home. If it is something you like, then chances are there are other people out there that will like it too when you are looking to sell.
