March Madness for Stroud Homes Adelaide Hills
It certainly has been a good start to the year for building new homes in Adelaide Hills, and the forecast is set to continue strong.
‘March Madness’ has begun and builds are starting to come out of council at a steady pace now.
Stroud Homes has completed two handovers already this month and two more builds are commencing in the next few weeks.
This proves the Stroud Homes Adelaide Hills team has firmly set its feet in the housing industry and is going from strength to strength.
The word is out! Stroud Homes’ transparency and up front and honest building is the way clients want to build their home.
Dealing with a local builder like Gary Barlow gives people the confidence in speaking to the builder directly, making sure the build is progressing as desired.
The Stroud homes team is passionate about helping your vision become a reality when building your dream home.
“We’re here to guide you each step of the way with honest answers, upfront costings, and we will tell you if something will work or not,” says Rachelle Barlow from Stroud Homes Adelaide Hills.

This weekend appointments were offered out to view this property and feedback has been positive. These one-on-one appointments gave Stroud Homes Adelaide Hills the opportunity to show potential clients Stroud’s Fully Loaded Inclusions and high quality.
After the viewing, more people have been signing up to start the exciting process of planning their new home.
In addition, Stroud Homes Adelaide Hills have two more fantastic builds starting in March. One at Echunga, and the other at Heathfield.
These are two totally different houses. The first home design is a Wildflower 300 with a granny flat. The second build is a custom design to maximise the surrounding landscape.
As these builds come out of the ground, pictures will be posted onto our Facebook page. Make sure to follow our progress.
