Building a new home takes many people, in fact you might not be aware of the team necessary to make a home happen.

Patrick Neville – Owner, Sales & Production Manager

When you begin your building journey with Stroud Homes Toowoomba, one friendly face you’ll get to meet is Patrick Neville.

Patrick overseas all stages of your new home and ensures you have a pleasant building experience. “Clear communication is vital,” explains Patrick.

In fact, Patrick says that communication is the most important tool in his toolbox. “It is without doubt something that is hard to get exactly right as well.”

Patrick and his team continuously strive to perfect their communication and he believes that getting it right really is the key to the whole process running as smoothly as possible.

Deb Maskell – Contract Administrator

Deb Maskell is the Contract Administrator for Stroud Homes Toowoomba and she prides herself on her organisational skills, flexibility and consideration in the work place.

It’s a good thing that Deb is so organised as it is her job to prepare your construction documents, contract and building approval.

Every Friday you can expect an update call from Deb to let you know what happened over the week and what is planned for the following week.

Deb can also answer any questions you might have and give you an update on your timeframe. “Being approachable and contactable at all times is important as building up a strong rapport with clients,” says Deb.

Estimator: The Estimator at Stroud Homes Toowoomba ensures the customer gets competitive prices for your new home by organising suppliers and ensuring the accuracy of your quote.

Colour Consultant: Choosing fixtures and fittings sounds like a lot of fun but it can also be a big undertaking. You have a two hour free consultation to help guide you in this process.
