Can I subdivide?

Where to start?

If interested, the homeowner will then pay a small fee of $1,500.00 + GST, and get a complete feasibility study completed, showing all the options available.

Together with We Subdivide, Stroud Homes will investigate and determine whether your property is potentially sub-dividable.

They will then talk you through the process of subdividing. The study will also include the costs to carry out each of the options, and end values of the property for either sale or rental.

The Process

Firstly, Stroud Homes will assist you in preparing the subdivision application.

The team will research and compile the required information, including topographical survey and scheme plan, engineering/flood report, geotechnical report, CCTV investigation and concept house design.

Once the consent for the subdivision has been granted, Stroud Homes will proceed with engineering approval and the installation of the civil services such as waste and storm water, power, phone, fibre, water and gas.

As a client, you will also be ensured all work has been carried out in accordance with the approved subdivision plan.

Stroud Homes can also assist with obtaining finance to carry out the project if required and assist with the sales process of the end product.
