New Display Homes In The Works

Lately Stroud Homes Brisbane North has been keeping pretty busy with two new display homes in the works.

To give home buyers an idea of what’s available, they’re building the two display homes to suit different ends of the market.

The first display home in Griffin, an Aston 168 with Skillion Façade, is the quality base level for Stroud Homes.

“Everything is standard, this is what you’d expect from a standard home, there are no upgrades – it’s not the cheapest, but it’s in the less expensive range,” Jasmine says.

This is so home buyers, particularly first home buyers, can see the level of quality they get when they build with Stroud Homes, and that we only go up from here.

With other building companies, display homes will often include all the expensive features you have to pay extra for, leaving home owners disappointed when they move into a house full of cheap fittings they’d never seen before.

Not only are our standard inclusions high quality, but we’re proud enough to show them off in our Griffin display home.

This is a spacious three-bedroom home, complete with alfresco area, ensuite in the master bedroom, breakfast bar in the kitchen, and many other convenient features throughout.

It’s ideal for young families or downsizers, and a good example of the house and land packages available in the Griffin area.

While we haven’t launched Griffin with a grand opening yet, you can find it just 400 metres down the road from our first display home in Freshwater Estate. Griffin’s doors are open and we’ve already seen plenty of people come through to check it out.

Over in Newport we’re building another display home; the fantastic double storey Ancora 280 design. This stylish four-bedroom home is being built with all of our available upgrades.

“It’s for the market that can spend a bit more money on the house, a bit more of a luxury home.”

Still in the works, the Newport display home should be finished mid-July.

We’ll post updates throughout the building process, but for now keep an eye out for the grand opening days as these are not to be missed.
