New Montego 393 Display Home Opening Day!
Earlier this month, Stroud Homes Brisbane South invited all past and potential clients, family, friends and trade representatives to join in on a day of celebrating the team’s brand new Display Home – the Montego 393 Mountain Façade in New Beith.
The Brisbane South Acreage team spent the few weeks prior to the opening packing up and saying goodbye to the longstanding Kentucky 348 Mountain Display, in order to relocate to the new Montego, which features a unique shape and stone pillars.
The Grand Opening Day was a free day for the whole community where everyone present enjoyed a traditional Aussie sausage sizzle, free coffee van, jumping castle, and a visit from Nova 1069’s Casanovas, who played games and gave out prizes.
The event was an opportunity for the entire team to proudly show off the beautiful Montego 393 Mountain Façade Acreage Design, all the inclusions and Stroud Homes Brisbane South’s award-winning finish.
Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate, the day was a huge success and the weather held off making for a beautiful day.
Logan City Council’s Acting Deputy Mayor, Chairperson of the City Treasury Committee, and Local Councillor Trevina Schwarz, were all in attendance on the day to perform the official ribbon cutting ceremony.
Special thanks to our Acting Mayor, Treasurer and local councillor Trevina Schwartz for dropping by to perform our official ribbon cutting marking our New Display Home open for business. This is the third Display Home Trevina has opened for us and we are eternally grateful and proud to have her on board.
The Montego series has four standard sized homes to fit everyone’s needs and budget. The larger designs like the Montego 393 are often purchased by second home buyers looking to up-size, or older couples wanting to WOW everyone with their forever home.
The Montego 393 Classic Floor Plan
The choice to build this particular home in The Lanes Estate, New Beith, was an easy one for the team when a lot became vacant.
“The Montego design has always been a very popular design among Stroud Homes Brisbane South Acreage clients, regardless of size,” says Renee Carty of Stroud Home Brisbane South.
“At the very end of the col-de-sac, elevated slightly above the rest of the Estate, we knew the Montego’s unique and striking design would stand out from the rest while still looking and feeling completely at home in this Boutique Acreage Estate.”
A display home is a perfect way for a builder to show just how good their product is. Walking through the house gives the client an opportunity to find out first hand if what the builder displays is standard or not, and work out exactly what their money will be paying for.
A beautifully staged display home also allows for people to see how big the space is, and what potential it has. The staging of the house helps people envision it as a forever home, rather than just a display house, explains Renee.
“Sitting down on the furniture you can imagine enjoying family time or relaxing on your own, it could even give you ideas on how you would do something differently,” says Renee.
