No Confusion With Pre-Priced Inclusions
“What you see, is what you get,” says Jason Till of the Stroud Homes Brisbane West Fully Loaded Inclusions.
With no confusion as to what is included, Jason’s customers are happy in the knowledge that everything has been thought of for them – from the letterbox outside, to the dishwasher inside.
Jason talks to us about the benefit of having pre-priced inclusions.
We have had several clients come to us when they were at the contract signing stage with another builder, only to be told on the day of contract signing that the actual price of their home is far more than what was initially quoted.
Even worse we have heard horror stories from other people that they received extra bills throughout the build process as there was only allowances for products rather than having the whole build fully priced.
We have recently added two more additions to our standard inclusions list that is getting some great reactions from our clients.
The first is a tiled niche to each shower, which really brings the whole bathroom together and means clients can store their soaps etc. on a ledge rather than on the shower floor or by needing to attach a shelf that takes up space.
The second is our new magnetic door stops, which not only look very sleek, they also remove the annoying plastic screech as you go to pin back or close the door.
This varies from customer to customer, but often it’s the little things that you don’t even think about until someone points them out to you, such as a dishwasher, letterbox or TV antenna. All things that you can’t really live without, but aren’t in the forefront of your mind when you are thinking about building.
We try and source high quality local made products wherever we can and use a variety of big name brands for our standard inclusions, such as Wattyl paint and Westinghouse appliances. They are brands people know and trust, rather than cheaper no-name products.
The kitchen seems to be the biggest hit, typically it’s upgrading to a thicker island bench or adding waterfall ends to add that ‘wow’ feature to their new home.
A lot of people chose to go with a fully ducted air conditioning system to keep the whole house cool.
If you’d like to visit one of their Display Homes to get a good look at these wonderful inclusions, you have two to choose from:
