Starting The Year With A Bang
After a great break camping on the Coffs Coast, builder Yarren Henwood and the team from Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour are back and into the swing of things into the office.
The year ahead looks to be jam packed with slabs going down at the start of the year, handovers and the opening of the new sales office for Pearl at Valla Estate in March.
With many years of experience in the building industry, we also asked Yarren to share with us his views on home building in 2018.
We have started off the New Year with a bang, slabs are already scheduled for January and February, as well as a couple of handovers of projects that were underway at the end of 2017.
We have a supervisor starting with us at the end of January, this should improve our efficiency and customer service.
We are proud of what we build and the products we use and we care about our clients and their dreams -we want the building process to be a fun and stress free for them!
Coffs Harbour and surrounds offers a great coastal lifestyle with access to everything from beaches to mountain rainforests.
The right home ultimately needs to meet a family’s lifestyle and budget, it also needs to feel open and inviting.
What extra costs might be involved throughout the building process and will there be big site costs.
People shouldn’t be afraid to walk away if the contract is different to the quote and the explanation for the price difference isn’t reasonable or warranted.
Am I happy/comfortable with the builder.
Does it meet my needs, lifestyle and budget?
The ‘Pearl at Valla Estate’ sales office will be opening (scheduled to be the 10th March 2018). Although this will be the Estates sales office – one of our most popular acreage designs, the Kentucky 260 (Classic Façade) – people will be able to check out our design and quality.
