Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour Reviewing 2019
“Growth, fun, and excitement” are words used by Tim Deans from Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour to describe the year that’s behind him and the company.
And what a productive year it was for the home builder on the north coast of New South Wales.
Tim says the business experienced some significant growth which allowed the team to expand on the number of homes being built and enabled for two more team members to come on board.
“We have put down 11 slabs for the year and have sold 24 homes with a few more in the pipeline this month, so we are very happy with what has been achieved,”
“Because we are growing the business we are very lucky to have the systems we have in place and are continually reviewing these to assess how we can best position ourselves for future growth and work efficiency.”
We find out more about the highlight of 2019, and the outlook for 2020…
Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour was awarded not once but twice at the annual Stroud Homes Conference for their hard work and efforts last year.
The team managed to snag the “Innovation award” as well as the “Most Improved Business award” out of all Stroud offices in Australia and New Zealand, which everyone in the Coffs team were thrilled about.
Stroud Coffs was also awarded four finalist Northern NSW HIA nominations this year in the following categories:
In the home building business, there is always change in trends. When asked about any noticeable trends in 2019 on the Coffs coast, Tim said the Hamptons style has been and still is very popular with its coastal charm and elegance.
The team also had a lot of enquiry on dual living options, such as granny flats and duplexes, due to the increases seen in rental prices throughout the region.
Stroud Homes dual living homes make for great investments whilst being beautiful and spacious. Take a look at any of the dual living designs and you’ll soon see why so many people are choosing this option when building with the company.
When talking popular suburbs in the region Tim says all areas of the Coffs Coast have seen a lot of attention.
However with new developments in Sawtell and Moonee Beach starting next year, Tim says the team has already seen an increase in enquiries for these developments, so they would be the areas experiencing large growth within the next 12 months.
It doesn’t seem as things are going to slow down for the team in the new year.
“We will be opening a display home in 2020 at Sawtell Commons Estate, which we are very excited for,” explains Tim.
“We have built display homes for other Land Estates to use as sales offices in the last few years, but this will be our first display home so we can’t wait!”
As far as new year’s resolutions go, the team’s goal is to continue to grow as a business, but with the constant main focus to offer the best quality homes in the region!
“We are excited to see how the business can continue to grow in 2020 and are looking forward to working with more amazing clients in the new year,” concludes Tim.
