Stroud Homes North Brisbane Opening Day
The new North Brisbane office for Stroud Homes celebrated their grand opening on the weekend with a great turnout of new home builders and even included members of the Local Council and Parliament.
From the moment the doors opened on Saturday the show room was ‘chock-a-block’ full of everyone, from young couples looking to build their first home, to those looking to build investment properties and families with children.
Even the kids had a great time with a jumping castle and an ice-cream van – overall it was a family friendly day with everyone excited by the vibe.
It provided a relaxed setting where people could meet Ben, Jace and Kyle from the Stroud Homes North Brisbane office, get to know them and have a chat about what they’re looking for.
“There were also people that wanted to build in Burbengary, right here in North Lakes and Griffin, so there was a good demographic,” Kyle says.
It also gave people the opportunity to discuss some of the concerns they have about building their own home.
“The main concern we come across is that when they’re going to build a house they want to be with someone they’ll be with the whole way,” Kyle remembers.
The guys were able to assure people that this is one of the big difference with Stroud Homes; a personal touch.
“We’re with you the whole way, there’s no computer generated stuff, you’re not going to be speaking with a computer over the phone, if you contact us you’re going to be talking directly with myself, Jace or Ben.”
“With your larger building companies it doesn’t really become a personalised finish, whereas that’s what we’re offering, that you deal directly with us.”
As a sign of support the store was officially opened by the Member of Queensland Parliament for Murrumba, Reg Gulley, with Julie Greer from the Moreton Bay Regional Council attending too.
Both the Member for Murrumba and Councillor for Division 4 spoke at the opening, talking about the importance of growth for the region and welcoming the Stroud Homes office into the local community.
Julie Greer spoke with the boys personally, offering her support wherever possible and assuring them she’s happy to take their calls.
Overall the day was a huge success as Jace, Ben and Kyle got to meet locals looking to build, and the community had an opportunity to experience the personal touch of Stroud Homes first-hand.
