The home designs in the range can keep a low price point as Stroud Homes does not allow for any structural changes which makes it very cost effective.
“With the normal process, when we are changing the designs, there is a lot of time involved. Not just the sales person’s time, but also drafters and engineers,” says Katie.
“So, by going with the design as it is, we save a lot of labour costs which therefore creates a more streamlined and efficient process.”
“Along with this, our trades people know the Super Six designs well so there is no need for new calculations/quoting every time for a build process.”
Even though the designs in the Super Six range are somewhat fixed, the company still allows for certain adjustments such as adding/removing/moving light points, power points, ceiling fans or other electrical fittings.
Other alterations can also be made to the air conditioning, robe shelving, glass splash back, extra wall tiling or feature tiles, solar hot water or solar electricity system.
Removing concrete driveway or footpaths, floor coverings including floor tiles, and also upgrading standard appliances to another model in the same size and format is possible within the range.

“This is because it has the master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in-robe separate to the other 3 bedrooms,” she says.
“Along with this, it is a well-designed unit with bathroom, toilet and child’s retreat, which everyone loves.”
The Wildflower’s living area is generously spacious and opens up to the alfresco with pillar-less stacker doors, which gives it a special charm.
The Wildflower 190 is a relatively small design that provides a lot for its size with well-thought out arrangement of space.
