Stroud Homes Sydney South West Grand Opening
The Stroud Homes Sydney South West display centre opened last weekend (Sat 8 Aug), attracting over 100 people interested in building a new home.
We’d like to congratulate Freddy Khachan, wife Sera and baby Gabriella on the opening of their display centre and an opening event that was a huge success!
As usual the kids were entertained with showbags, face painting and a jumping castle, while their parents had an opportunity to have a look at the display homes and fittings, and chat to Freddy about what was on offer.
There was a BBQ and coffee van offering food and drinks, and a number of suppliers talking about the finishes they provide in Stroud Homes.
Even the Liverpool City Council was in support, with Mayor Ned Mannoun cutting the ribbon to open the centre and offering some words of support.
Mr Mannoun talked about the urban growth and development that’s currently happening in the Sydney West area and expressed his eagerness to be a part of it where possible.
While Mr Mannoun considers the big picture, most of the people attending the event were interested in individual house designs, particularly prices and what standard of inclusions Stroud has to offer.
At Stroud Homes we pride ourselves on the high quality inclusions that come standard with each build. We were pleased to hear how surprised and impressed everyone was when they realised all our display items were standard, and not upgrades you’d have to pay extra for.
You can see all the building designs and facades, as well as finishes such as kitchen fittings, tiles, garage doors, taps, door locks and more at the Sydney South West Display Centre.
So be sure to drop by and say hi to Freddy and the team at 793 Fifteenth Avenue, Kemps Creek NSW or call on 1300 886 325.
