The Essential Package
You might have heard of Stroud Homes popular Super Six range, but unlike some of their fellow franchisees, Stroud Homes Casey has decided to offer more than just six home designs in its range. The extended range is called the Essential Package.
The reason for the Essential Package is to cater for first home buyers with restricted budgets, and for investors who are looking for the same quality finished home but without all the luxuries of the Fully Loaded Inclusions Range, Stroud Homes Casey Salesperson Caleb Townsend tells us.
There’s a list of reasons to why the range is so well suited for the restricted budget buyer. The Essentials Range still comes with a lot of the same features as the Fully Loaded Inclusion range, including free site evaluation, plans, engineering, site works up to 500mm, and an independent building inspection.
The main difference is the slightly more limited options of colour combinations and designs to choose from in the Essential Package range. Because of this difference, the price of the designs is kept lower compared to the Fully Loaded Inclusions, however, it is relative to size and land surveys.
So far, the Essentials Range have had huge success in the Queensland and the New South Wales markets, Caleb tells us. According to market research, it’s not solely popular with first home buyers and investors, but has also made an impression on people looking to downsize in order to be financially debt free.
“There will be a limit of Essentials Range homes we can build per year, but at this stage we are prepared for the rest of 2019,” says Caleb.
“This package will reduce the price by up to $30,000 compared to our Fully Loaded Standard Inclusions.”
The range has also allowed for people who have been stuck in the rental market for decades the opportunity to get out of the cycle and move into a quality house they can call HOME.
In regards to making changes to the designs, Stroud Homes Casey encourages clients to stick within the range to serve the purpose of a lower price, however, there are exceptions.
And according to Caleb, depending on the client’s individual needs, the team at Casey can always work around the client’s budget, even if they have certain items on the wish list.
