The Weather Is Cold But Building Is Hot
Although things have been pretty busy down in Victoria, we managed to get hold of Caleb from Stroud Homes Casey for a quick chat.
“At the moment it’s hectic, we’ve got 3 homes being built at the moment, and about to start another two in the next fortnight, it’s really hot at the moment,” Caleb says.
“Not the weather, the weather’s freezing – the building industry is hot.
While many Victorians are waiting for the First Home Owner’s Grant to double in July, there are still plenty of second and third home buyers looking for larger family homes and acreages in Melbourne’s south east.
“We’re predominantly known for the big acreage designs out here.”
Stroud has several different acreage homes, as well as some luxury houses as large as 400 square metres for you to choose from.
You can also find house and land packages that take the hassle out of property hunting.
If you’re looking to build in the Casey area, drop in to see the Stroud team at their display centre in Berwick.
