Springfield Rise Display Home Open

On the first weekend in August, the team from Stroud Homes Ipswich opened the doors to their stunning, new Waterlily 256 Display Home at Springfield Rise.

“The opening weekend was fantastic!” owner Jason Till tells us. “It was great to see everyone’s hard work culminate in a beautiful home and an opening weekend that went off without a hitch!”

Positive Feedback

On the Saturday they received 40 groups through their doors with another 30 groups coming through on Sunday. “Since the initial opening we are seeing approximately five groups through every day,” which is keeping the team very busy.

With so many new visitors to the display home, the team have enjoyed watching people’s reactions to the home and have appreciated the feedback they have received.

Jason says, “We had a lot of people complement the home saying they loved the finishes and the design. We also had a lot of feedback that our home was something different rather than just the standard rectangle design.”

The Waterlily 256

The Waterlily 256 was born out of the need to present a home that suits a narrow town lot and combined with the elements from the ever-popular Wildflower 256, it is indeed a success.

“By utilising our award-winning architect, Tony Domingo, we were able to put together what we think is the perfect design for Springfield Rise,” Jason says.

The home has four bedrooms, luxurious master bedroom, child’s retreat, butler’s pantry, media room and spacious alfresco area.

Jason says, “The Waterlily 256 is an ideal home for anyone from young professionals, young families, and even families with older children as there is plenty of space, and everyone can have their own areas.”

Stand Out Features

One feature that garnered many “Wow’s” is the open plan living area which features a viewable water feature and pool area. “It’s certainly a crowd pleaser!” Jason tells us.

The pool is a great tool to help customers picture themselves living and enjoying the space and the choice to include the pool into the design was to show that having a pool is still achievable on these smaller sized lots.

The other stand out feature for the home is the master bedroom which overlooks the pool and further helps create that feeling of resort living.

Jason would like to welcome all to come and visit the home to get a good idea of what living in a Stroud Home is truly like.

“Even if the floorplan isn’t exactly what you are looking at building, you should still have a walk through your builder’s display home to get an idea of their quality of finishes, as well as what is included as standard.”

We think you’ll be very pleased with this house, from the inside out!
