We offer our services for these Knock down Rebuilds from start to finish so you don’t need a vacant block of land to start.
We can also help customise plans especially for sloping lots which are difficult and many other builders will not touch.
On top of that we build granny flats attached/detached, dual occupancy and duplex projects, acreage, suburbs, and beachfronts. We are experienced to look at all build types for our customers.
He will meet you on site when we are about to commence construction, update you every week and you can arrange walk-through meetings with him onsite during the build.
Our Owner, Matt Lowson, attends the site weekly as well and helps overseeing the homes.
You are able to communicate with any relevant office staff at any time – we are here to help before, during, and after you home is complete!

We can play with any of our standard or custom concept plans until you are completely happy with them before we engage our draftsman.
It is fine to have minimal changes to drafting during your Colour Selection appointment with a qualified Interior Design expert. You can then choose your colours and finishes including any upgrade items that are not standard, which can be priced before contract signing.
At this stage your plans are signed and lodged to council. Any changes from this point will be a requested ‘Variation’.
Variations involve a fee and will depend on how far the build is along. Changes at this stage are also likely to incur time delays, or may not be possible at all. We therefore aim to get everything finalised before contract signing.
Once all preliminary testing has been done and your plans have met all of those findings (e.g. energy basix and other local council or estate regulations), our final Fixed Contract Price can be determined.
The only unknown from here is what’s under the ground. Hitting rock is a factor no-one can predict and is a standard clause in all builders HIA contracts.
We encourage our customers to start their financial planning early and to have a realistic budget so the builder and the lender all know the contract terms and timelines.
We understand time is money and we aim to be organised throughout the process so we can start your home as soon as possible.
You get weekly updates during the contract stage via your Salesperson involved, and Larnah our Contract Administrator.
Once building commences, our Site Manager Rohan will contact you every week on Friday to update you on the progress of what has happened and what’s happening next.
You will have office email and mobile contacts, and we encourage an APP called Voxer which is your own personal walkie-talkie channel where you can leave messages at any time.
An Independent Builder Inspection Company will also inspect you home before handover to give extra confidence of our quality.
We often send out surveys or call our customers to get feedback and encourage a them to complete a review, such as Product Review, so we can gauge areas that we may be able to improve on and take peoples’ home building experience to an even higher level.
