All changes can be made at any time during your new home build, however, we highly recommend any changes to be made prior to signing your contract. By doing so, it ensures that your price remains fixed.
At Stroud Homes Tamworth we want to have your new home handed over to you as soon as possible, so once your contract has been signed, we order all materials for your home. If you change your mind after this, it means that we will need to wait for the new order to be processed which will delay your building process.
The final price for your new home will be determined before contract signing. This means that when you get to the end of your build there will be no nasty surprise bills, and upon signing your contract you will have a fixed price.
During the construction of your home you will be able to book in five site visits with Micheal, our site supervisor, where you will be able see where things are up to. These visits can be organised at a time to suit you.
It takes 20 weeks for all of our standard home designs.
